“Sleep is the most important aspect of a child's life, after food and water. It is the foundation of physical and mental health”

Welcome to VRJsleepconsulting.
As a mom of 2, I understand the challenges of sleep deprivation. My first daughter was a poor sleeper until she turned three, and I was constantly exhausted. However, Sleep sense has changed my life and I want to help you experience the same change. Despite what we are often told, sleep deprivation is not an inevitable part of motherhood. Getting better rest at night will provide you with the energy to play with your children during the day and give you more time for yourself or with your partner! Additionally, your child will be more rested, and able to fall asleep independently, which is one of the best gifts you can give them.
