Verso le fine del percorso, avendo gi\u00e0 eliminato le poppate notturne, sono riuscita anche ad interrompere l\u2019allattamento al seno in modo sereno. Un ottimo risultato raggiunto in sole 2 settimane, Vanessa \u00e9 stata molto brava a guidarci! Per noi \u00e8 stato davvero un piacere conoscerla e non possiamo che consigliarla a tutte le famiglie che desiderano affrontare con serenit\u00e0 le difficolt\u00e0 legate al sonno dei pi\u00f9 piccoli.\n\nAbbiamo deciso come famiglia di farci questo regalo e il nostro unico rimpianto \u00e8 non averlo fatto prima. I risultati sono stati immediati: nostra figlia si addormenta in modo breve e sereno, ha finalmente trovato un ritmo di sonno regolare, non si sveglia pi\u00f9 durante la notte, riposa bene ed \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 tranquilla e meno nervosa. La notte dormiva nel lettino le prime 3 ore e poi era un continuo svegliarsi e attaccarsi alla tetta per riaddormentarsi. Sia io che mio marito eravamo stremati e quindi abbiamo deciso di cambiare le cose per il bene nostro e del nostro bambino. Gi\u00e0 dopo 3 giorni di percorso sia le notti che i pisolini sono svoltati e ancora oggi non riusciamo a credere che il piccolo si addormenti in 5 minuti senza piangere e di notte si svegli solo 1 volta per mangiare! Ero stravolta. La mia bimba si addormentava solo al seno o cullata in braccio e con me nel lettone. Si svegliava anche ogni ora tutte le notti. Insomma ero esasperata. Nel giro di una settimana la nostra vita \u00e8 cambiata completamente! La mia piccola ha imparato ad addormentarsi da sola nel suo lettino nella sua stanza. Alla fine delle 2 settimane di consulenza potevo accompagnare la mia bimba a letto tranquillamente, leggevo la sua storia della nanna, le davo la buona nanna, spegnevo la luce e si addormentava tranquilla. E anch\u2019io finalmente ho potuto dormire! Risultato eccezionale. Vanessa \u00e8 sempre stata presente, gentile, dolce e comprensiva. I suoi consigli e la sua guida sono stati fondamentali. Mi pento solo di non averla chiamata prima! Consiglio a tutti un percorso del sonno. Per ritrovare il piacere di dormire e per essere pi\u00f9 riposati durante le ore di veglia. Mio figlio ora dorme sereno sia per i sonnellini che la notte nel suo lettino.\nAbbiamo affrontato il percorso compiuti i 5 mesi, durante i quali lui era un bambino a super alto contatto. Raggiunta quell' et\u00e0, forse complice il caldo, ha iniziato a mostrare i segni di voler dormire da solo, e quindi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di cogliere il momento giusto per aiutarlo.
